The Italian manufactured FE1 electric loft ladder has a proven track record for reliability and quality of manufacture.

Delivered fully assembled and factory tested, ready for a simple lift and fix into a prepared opening to your home loft. Once connected to a suitable electricity supply, it is ready to go at a touch of a button.

The FE1 electric loft ladder is a superb heavy duty, die cast aluminium, concertina ladder, complete with hatch door and frame. It has a smooth powered opening and closing mechanism controlled to EC standards by remote control.

At the press of a button the hatch comes down and the electric loft ladder unfolds like magic. As it requires no more effort than the touch of a button to both open and close this electric loft ladder, it has proven to be particularly suitable in the homes our less abled customers.

It comes with a grey painted concertina ladder and black carpeted treads for extra grip.

Other features include:

• a full spring-balanced Plywood hatch door with pressed steel frame
• a telescopic handrails and exit grab rails to both sides
• a ladder which stores completely within the hatch area
• a warning light operation alarm
• optional wall switches

Delivery approx 4 weeks from order, standard sizes can be available immediately ex stock.
