The Gamia Mini Plus space saver stair like the Karina staircase is particularly suitable for access in a confined space such as a loft stair. The main difference is the stylish solid wood handrail and its unique ability to turn through 90° or 180° by using the platform kits.

The platforms allow you to construct 'U' shaped stairs that fit snugly in landing cupboards, or 'L' shaped stairs that fit into a corner, or even over an existing staircase.

The Gamia Mini Plus stair is sold as a basic 12 riser (11 tread) straight stair kit. Onto this you add one or two platform kits if you wish you make 'L' or 'U' shaped stairs.

There are 35 possible layouts of this incredibly versatile space saving stair.

Space saver alternate tread stairs like the Gamia Mini Plus can comply with the Building Regulations, but there are conditions and limitations of use. We recommnend that you seek advice prior to purchase from your Local Authority Building Control, or ourselves.
