The Civik and external use Civic Zink spiral stairs are the original flat pack budget stair in a box. Since their introduction by the Italian manufacturer Arke, they have been sold in hugh numbers worldwide, and are now much copied by other manufacturers.

As a budget stair, price is of course important, but we think the Civic spiral adds to this its brand leader quality and durability at no extra cost.

The Civik spiral staircase has pressed steel treads. The handrails are made of solid black polyurethene with an aluminium core ( unlike the hollow plastic tubes of its rivals). Treads are covered with hard wearing, non-slip black panels. The Civik is the perfect budget answer for domestic extension spiral staircases or loft stairs.

The Civik Zink spiral staircase is also pressed steel but with perforated treads (for grip) and it is hot dipped galvanised for external use. The handrail is made of extruded PVC to withstand outside conditions. Like its sister the Civik Zink is the econmical answer for space saving mezzanine or storage access, and a variety of domestic balcony or garden patio applications.

The Civik spiral offers a choice of

• Heights up to 3760mm. The system allows for on site height adjustment using centre pole spacers.
• 4 Diameters: 1200mm. 1400mm. 1500mm. and 1600mm.
• Stair rotation: clockwise or anticlockwise, every kit can go either way so the decision can be made on site.
• Universal Landing: for sqaure or round stairwells, or even balcony edge applications.
• 3 steel colours: black, white or silver grey ( all fittings are in black to match the tread panels)

The External Civik Zink has the same options except the finish is only galvanised not painted, and the Universal landing cannot be fitted into a circular opening.

You can mix and match the options, to create a spiral to suit your own requirements.

Supplied flat pack with full written instructions and an installation DVD.
