The Klan spiral staircase kit is the original flat pack stair in a box. Since its introduction by the Italian manufacturer Arke, it has dominated the staircase market for loft stairs and domestic spiral staircases.

Sold worldwide, it has become a byword for quality and reliability at a realistic price. Years of testing and development, based on feedback from thousands of installations, have kept the Klan in the number one spot. A position that we cannot see changing. The Klan spiral stair is a modular kit stair with beech hardwood treads, a wood effect PVC handrail with aluminium core, steel centre column and vertical baluster poles. The Klan offers a choice of;

• Heights up to 3770mm. The system allows for on site height adjustment using centre pole spacers.
• 4 diameters: 1200mm. 1400mm. 1500mm. and 1600mm
• Stair rotation: clockwise or anti-clockwise, every kit can go either way, so the decision can be made on site.
• 2 tread colours: natural beech or dark beech.
• 3 steel colours: Black,white or silver grey ( the white stair has silver grey fittings)
• A universal landing: for square or round stairwells or even balcony edge applications.
• Matching landing balustrade system: to surround the stairwell, suitable for round or rectangular openings and balconies etc.
• Optional riser bars: to close the gap between open treads to less than 100mm. to comply with the Building Regulations

You can mix and match the options to create a a spiral staircase to suit your own requirements.
