The Oak 70 is a luxury mini spiral stair that contrasts bright white metal work with real solid oak treads giving a real wow factor. The small diameter of this spiral staircase makes it suitable in situations where space is at a premium but where a crisp and clean look is required.

The available 1100mm or 1300mm diameters mean that this spiral staircase is not likely to be acceptable on projects that require Building Regulation approval.

• Solid oak strip jointed treads
• All white centre pole, balusters and handrail.

• Matching landing balustrade available.
• Supplied flat pack for self assembly with full fitting instructions.
