We at RHS choose not to have an online ordering facility believing that our expert personal advice can save errors occurring in your order. We are happy to take your order or give advice by e-mail, fax or telephone and are also more than happy to welcome you at our centrally-located, Coventry showroom so that you can see our superb staircases for yourself. If you order direct by e-mail, fax or telephone this would give you a statutory right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Should you choose to do this, our purchase contract requires that you return the goods in good order to our premises in Coventry at your own expense.
All the staircases described on this website have been successfully used in many installations in both the UK and in Europe. We do however recommend that you check your chosen model's suitability for your project with your local Building Control Authority before ordering.
All prices include free delivery to mainland UK. This service operates by national carrier and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. You will be advised by phone on the day or shortly before the day of delivery. We can also deliver to your specific requirements for an extra charge. Please phone RHS Ltd for details.
